Man suspected of stealing cosmetics from Walgreens stores arrested in Phoenix

CHANDLER, Ariz. -- Chandler police say they have arrested a man suspected of stealing cosmetics from Walgreens stores across the Valley. Chandler police detectives arrested Anthony R.
