ok so this shud apply for setting foundation so that it dsnt transfer too? im having an issue w/that. I dnt like powder to set cuz it makes me look dry..n so when i like use a napkin it transfers alot or on the collar of my shirt n its annoyin...feels

Thank you for this! I occasionally use fix plus and bare minerals mineral veil is my HG setting powder but I've never thought to do this!! Will try tomorrow!!! You are awesome! :-)

@egollihue27 I had the same problem! I started using regular mascara and it didn't smudge. I love cover girl lash blast regular and it never smudges even in my oily skin.
